Who we are
Specialist Tuition is a sole-trader tutoring business run by Casian Tegzes, providing online Maths, Further Maths and Economics tutoring to GCSE and A-Level students in the UK.
What we collect
When you use the enquiry form, the chatbox, or the review submission form, we collect the information you provide directly — typically your name, email address, and details about the subject, level and tutoring or feedback you're submitting. We do not collect payment card details on this site; flashcard payments are handled entirely by Stripe, and we never see or store your card information.
How we use it
We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, arrange and deliver tutoring sessions, and, where you've agreed, to display your review on this site. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Who we share it with
Form submissions are relayed to our inbox using a third-party form service (Web3Forms). Flashcard purchases are processed by Stripe, subject to Stripe's own privacy policy. We don't use any other third-party data processors on this site.
Cookies
This site does not use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide tutoring services and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, and delete it when it's no longer needed.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to object to how it's used. To exercise any of these rights, contact info@specialist-tuition.com. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you have concerns about how your data is handled.
